In December 2019 BAYOONET AG acquired all assets of econet GmbH as well as all shares of TESIS SYSware Software Entwicklung GmbH. With these acquisitions, we are strengthening our team of experts in the areas of Data Access Governance and Identity & Access Management.

BAYOONET AG is a German software company with headquarter in Darmstadt and locations in Munich. The company is estalished on the market since 2001 and constantly growing. BAYOONET with its different business units offers individual software applications in medical technology and for enterpreise environments. The business unit BAYOOSOFT Management Software focuses on software solutions for highly regulated areas (Risk Manager) and critical infrastructures (Access Manager).
TESIS SYSware Software Entwicklung GmbH
TESIS SYSware, based in Munich, is one of the leading developers of software solutions for automated Password & Access Management. The main focus is on the B2B sector, in which they support their costumers with the Password-Reset-Tool ASPR and the Access Management Software DIVA. Recently, they also have entered the B2C sector with the Password-Management-App PHNX.
econet GmbH
econet GmbH, also based in Munich, has been a specialist for automated Data Access Governance for more than 20 years and provides its know-how to upper medium-sized businesses, DAX-listed companies and large public authorities. The focus is on providing software solutions for efficient management and secure provisioning of unstructured data in file systems, SharePoint, SAP and document management systems.
