Review of the it-sa 2021

After a long break from the fair, we finally got to go on the road again: Last week, the BAYOOSOFT Access Manager team set off for Nuremberg. Europe’s largest IT security trade fair it-sa 2021 took place for the first time as a hybrid event.

Numerous experts and visitors took advantage of the opportunity to learn about trends and innovations in the IT security industry live on site. And the BAYOOSOFT team was also pleased about the opportunity for personal exchange.

Our self-service solution for a secure access and identity journey, the BAYOOSOFT Access Manager, was also part of the many good conversations at our booth. How IT security is achieved with the fully automated solution for file servers, SharePoint, Active Directory and third-party systems was the subject of many discussions.

Particularly with regard to IT security, the presentation of the two modules, which were presented for the first time at a live trade fair, was also part of the event: Access Manager Password Reset and Identity Management.

One solution that we presented to visitors only at the stand was the gpg4o email encryption system, which has complemented our portfolio for several months. With the add-in, users use a tool for email encryption in Microsoft Outlook 2013/2016/2019® that integrates seamlessly into the user interface. From here, messages and their attachments can be securely encrypted and decrypted, signed and verified.

The MSI communication solutions was also the topic of some conversations at the booth, although it is not a classic solution for IT security. The “doubleplay” solution for accommodation establishments, clinics and homes supports the billing of telephone calls, enables simple, fast and tap-proof internet access for guest rooms, professional management reports and functions as a controlling tool.
