Public Items: Automatically approve requests on 3rd party items
Audit permissions without the approval of data owners – for this, IT administrators and owners can now make 3rd party elements publicly accessible. If permissions are requested via the Self Service Portal, the system automatically accepts and documents them.
Representation of the classification in the file system
You can get a quick, visual overview of the data within a directory by using classification icons. You can use the corresponding classification icons in Explorer.
EU GDPR: Deletion of audit data older than X
After a certain period of time, existing audit information is usually no longer relevant or may no longer be kept in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation. Automate the removal of audit data from the database with this new feature. In this way, you automatically and regularly comply with regulatory requirements and free up space in the database.
